Album Info:In reviewing some old RR photos I came across a group of photos of Sounder bi-level cars being used on Virginia Railway Express back in 2002. There are no reporting symbols in any of my photos except a V apparently for VRE. Im posting with the SNDX reporting mark. If I need to make corrections let me know. /DL
