| In a color scheme very fitting for October, the month of Halloween, the orange and black SD40-3 on coke train K302-03 idles through the night, number boards lit up like a jack-o-lantern. Built in November 1966 as UP 3068. Later it became WC/Oxford 3068. Acquired by WE in 1992 and rebuilt in September 1999 from SD40 to SD40-3. |
