We see OIBU at CP Johnson on the west side as it pickes up the empty coal hoppers pulled earlier from the NYSEG Goundy Station. The 144 car train is notable, aside from its length, for the second unit, a yellow ribbon painted on the side of SD 50 6707 to honor the troops who have gone to liberate Kuwait in the first Gulf War. |
