| It's a LOT further down to the river than it looks from these images... more than three hundred feet. (The three-day trip (minimal train pictures - sorry) detailed in (Not Another Travel Guide) North Central Oregon (not available from that A-South-American-River-Place... but pretty much everyone else should carry it.) If you're in Bend, it's worth the trip north a few miles north to the Peter S. Ogden State Scenic Overlook. |
