Nice beefy little 0-6-0 switcher originally built for the US Army as their #4043. It was purchased by the Raritan River RR in 1947 and eventually scrapped in 1954. No date, location or photographer was listed for this photo but Mike Woodruff (see comment below) was able to identify this as South Amboy, NJ. Thanks, Mike! |
