Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Morris Park, New York, on 16 February 1951. The photographer is not identified. Shown here is Long Island Rail Road engine #510, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built for the Pennsylvania Railroad as number "7558" during September of 1913, then sold to the LIRR and renumbered "105" in July of 1928. Note the homemade snowplow! ("PrrFan18n") |
