Here is page 40 of a 78-page booklet published by Harry P. Albrecht entitled "Those Amazing Class 'D' Locomotives." It was issued originally in June of 1981. Shown here is engine #14, a D-13C (4-4-0) "American" built in the Altoona Machine Shops as Philadelphia, Wilmington, & Baltimore Railroad number "14" during June of 1892, renumbered Pennsylvania Railroad "5014," sent to the Baltimore, Chesapeake, & Atlantic Railway and renumbered "12" in February of 1911.
